Rachel Packer is a seasoned communications strategist with over a decade of experience in crisis management, public relations, and brand reputation. Her work spans a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, retail, public affairs, non-profits, and lifestyle brands.

A lifelong camp enthusiast, Rachel deeply appreciates the transformative impact camp can have on individuals. The camps she attended played a formative role in her personal and professional development—equipping her with lasting skills and friendships that shaped her career path.

In July 2025, news of devastating floods at Camp Mystic in Hunt, Texas prompted Rachel to question whether camps were truly prepared to manage communications with key stakeholders in times of crisis. That day, she founded ResQCamps, a crisis and brand management firm designed to support camps with proactive and responsive communication strategies before, during, and after critical events.
